Behavioural Safety

To continually expand our health and safety performance even further, we have invested in and developed a bespoke  behavioural safety programme ‘Home Safe’ with the help of a specialist consultant. Formal management systems go a long way to protecting people at work, but beyond that we encourage an attitude to teamwork and fellow workers that positively affect how we behave, think and act to really make a difference. This is reflected in the presentation of our sites and workplaces which are important to how our business is  perceived internally as well as externally.

The programme is based on the company’s family values and culture that have always placed safety and wellbeing at the heart of the business.
