We wanted to share a completed project at a brand-new music school in Oxford. The project comprised of a custom joinery package containing storage units for musical instruments.
The units were crafted from oak-faced plywood with solid European oak lipping and black rubber strips added internally to protect the units. The units were designed for both durability, function and appearance. The doors feature Blum hinges and flush pull handles, precision-cut on our CNC machine, ensuring smooth functionality. Each unit is finished with two coats of OSMO 429 Natural, highlighting the oak’s natural qualities and providing lasting protection.
