Kingerlee Joinery were tasked with the supply and installation of over-cladding a concrete stair along with the balustrades and a balustrade to an open light well on two new build houses.

The stair construction was done in component form for careful site installation. The stairs comprised of painted cut strings and risers with oak treads, newels and handrails with metal spindle balustrade, spray finished in matt black.

The oak elements of the stair were finished with a high-end oiled finish.
Painted elements were sprayed in our workshop before a hand-painted finish on site after installation.
